went to instal mean rom must have had bad file. when i went to instal it didn't realize that it sad failed. did not not reboot, so i tried to nandroid into recovery and somehow lost everything have no recoverys or anything. how do i instal onto this phone after this screw up?

i would pick a rom based upon the h boot you are running and dl it to pc and use Mount in TWRP to move it to the internal sd card.

At that point, I would use the wipe menus and wipe all but the sd card again to be safe. Then I would use the install menu in TWRP and install the new rom.

I think you will be good to go then.

Next time put it on the internal sd card. You can choose where it goes as an option in TWRP in the mount section.

It works a lot faster from there, especially if your sd card isn't like a class 10 or something.

Slightly off subject, but if your sd card is indeed a class 10 will it go as fast as putting things on the internal memory?

The short answer is no. the complicated answer is yes it can be just as fast but here is the problem.

Lets say internal is at the door and external is down the hall. obviously the internal will always get in the door faster. However things are run by priority so if the external card is priority then even though its down the hall it can get seen first. Either way though it has to travel down the hall which naturally slows it down.
