Root Lunar-Gen [Final] (Admire Oxygen) [Inspired by oxygen rom]

i tried changing the icons but no luck via uot. any ideas??
i tried changing the status icons via icon. I like the transparent notification bar and dont want to lose that.

Req never made an ext4 800 mhz kernel. I think his phone just cant handle 900.

Edit. Genovdot maybe posting this with no kernel will help users that can not flash 900 mhz kernel. At that point they could flash just the rom in the non ext4 cwm.

If you mean the stock kernel it should work fine. The problem is that the rom has the ext4 kernel in the zip file. If you know anything about signing zip files it would be real easy to remove the boot.img from the rom.
 
for some reason it gets stuck on the "touch the android to begin" screen and no matter how long i wait it doesnt let me do anything... something i did wrong? i really wanna try this ROM out but cant get past that screen :mad:

Reflash, make sure you did all your wipes and formats

Im getting a error in the app store when im about to download apps....it says error purchasing something ... because before that i downloaded plenty of apps but now it just gives me this crap.... i even cleared cache and data ... left it overnight ...still not working...
PLEASE SHINE SOME LIGHT OVA HERE

Try clearing cache/data in Google Services Framework

+reboot
 
^ wipe and reflash ^ for above problems


For those wondering if this is worth it well its the best by far!!!

Heres some easy installation steps..

You need CWM installed...
  1. then wipe data/factory
  2. wipe cache partion...
  3. go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache...
  4. go to install zip from sd and choose the CM72RC1-Beta1-KernelCWM-requisite0.zip
  5. then go to Advanced and reboot recovery...
  6. repeat 1-3..
  7. choose install zip from SD choose the Lunar-Gen.zip
  8. Reboot..

All done its that easy and if you have a market issue just Wipe and reflash the Lunar-gen.zip and take off windows animations for smoothness.. its all done
 
If you dont like the battery charging thing just use Carbons Theme with it...
The Rom is for speed and smoothness try out carbons theme you will enjoy it...
Its almost the same with the transparent notifications bar and has a Blue/black colored menu for all menus its nice... it will look great on Lunar-Gen.

When I was in lunar Gen for awhile I used carbon theme. Makes everything look cleaner. Except you can't in text in alarm clock

still having market issues... says error (492)
i have wiped and re-flashed the ROM. tried going back to stock and re-flashing kernel and recovery and then the rom and still getting the error message. oh and i waited almost 2 hours before touching the phone after flashing just to let the davlik build up and what not. maybe someone can shed some light for me cause this ROM is legit but i gotta have Rhapsody lol


EDIT: nevermind... something worked when i went completely back to stock and re-rooted and flashed... everything working fine now. love the ROM!!! and the carbon v.1 theme is SO TIGHT LOL
