Root Make Any BootAnimation Flashible

Tommy pulled through will a cool little trick for people who can't find their bootanimation file to replace.


Just place your desired bootanimation in the same folder as the placeholder for the bootanimation and the audio in the same folder as the placeholder for the audio file.

Then flash away!

Works on AOSP, SENSE, Sprint, & Verizon

Will this work with the older versions of MikG? I know when I was running V.2.6, the boot animation was named hTC_bootanimation in the data/local position...I know that has since changed though.

no you will need to have it name exactely as it is. My original one was spc_bootanimation so I had to name it that. You may have to mod the script a little
