Root Market issues after GB

So, I've explained this in the issues thread, but I'm not getting through this issue.

long and short of it is my Market is not even showing half of my downloaded apps. They were all originally dled from the market. I get a notification saying there are updates available(every now and then since this happened) and go to the market and see nothing able to be updated.
I have tried the fix permissions in jrummy's droid overclock app, and the market doctor. Neither of these two fix my problem.

Let me know if you need more specific info to diagnose this issue.

I started a new thread b/c I saw one or two others were having this issue and it was not being successfully answered while in the issues thread. Thanks!

Try applying jrummy's market fix. I can't find the link now, but I think Steven has it somewhere :D

EDIT:
Right here, towards the bottom of the first post.

if its the fix permissions inside of the droid overclock app, i've already done that to no success

do i just need to put the fix.apk on the root of my sdcard?

###nevermind, i installed, ran, and am waiting on a reboot. will post back if it worked

that didn't work.

another thing I've notice, even in my apps in the market, none of them show installed, they all either say purchased or free. I redownloaded my AP Mobile app, and it's the only one that says installed. I think I may just have to redownload and reinstall all 70 apps. this sucks!!!!!
