It worked for me though.
Yeah, I meant disable gboard and reboot, phone feels 3x as fast for me, I can finally enjoy the system animations.

Google keyboard is now Gboard. Just to clarify, we should disable the default keyboard that came built-in in to the system when updating to b12? I've had serious problems when I uninstalled the default keyboard in the past, even with other keyboards installed.

Guys my phone's no longer charging correctly. I have a fast charging adapter and a normal wall adapter and it keeps on telling me it's charging over USB. When I try and charge it while the phone is off it freezes and doesn't turn on after several seconds. Any clue what I could do.

I would love to see a fix for the screen flickering. I kinda wanna return it because of that but if b12 fixed it then i hope they can get another update pushed out soon that isn't so broken.

So I see people posting firmware ending in B07 and B04 for the T-mobile variant, the Metro version came with B08, but I just randomly decided to check for a software update on a whim and found b12 is available for my phone, it's a 368MB download so not a tiny update. Does anyone know anything about it? Afraid to flash without knowing what to expect, but I'm sick of the phone softbooting 1-2 times a week and charging to 80-85% overnight then stopping sometimes, so if there's anything in this update that might fix that then I'm curious to flash it and see what I get.

Trying to get this latest 7.0 update for my Z981 - ZTE ZMax Pro. What steps do I take? Also I have lost search engine choices. Have no idea why Stock Android browser won't open, Having too many issues here. Boys it shop know NOTHING!!! FIRST ANDROID for me. Always used Microsoft Windows and updates AND changing Search Engines was automated, or few simple steps. Please advise. Thanx.
