Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] 4g has vanished ! and isnt coming back :/

I flashed the synergy rom earlier and everything was working fine but it was killing my battery so i went to pac man and my 4g wouldn't turn on. So i restored to Axis which i knew everything was working for me (even 4g). And to my surprise 4g wasn't turning on either. I restored 4 different roms that i knew were working a few days ago but still no luck. Finally i called metropcs they tried to help me out ( used the *228 method, Use hidden menu, and even tried refresh service). After 3 hours of trying to fix this problem nothing has worked. The representative over the phone could only give me the final piece of knowledge they had.......Go to a metro pcs store and see if they could replace it.

So if anyone has experienced and fixed it plz help.

Btw i did do an Nv backup....But i cant seem to find it on my SD or Internal storage
 
I'm in Miami as well and my 4G wasn't working for a while.. maybe they're upgrading or something.

Mine cut off around 5:30 pm. Oh man i thought it was an only me thing. But yeah ur right maybe its just an upgrade thing
 
Have you tried odin? seems like your last option. But id wait until tomorrow to try maybe you'll have service in the morning. stranger things have happened.

My 4g went down as well to 3g around 5 o'clock but it was only for like 20 minutes and 4g kicked back in.

I duno then man. If youre gona put the phone in to get fixed under warranty, youll have to make it look unmodified first.
Have u tried different modem firmware?
 
this is why i keep away from all these so called roms that are not from devs that even bother to give support in our subforums. each rom thread here has a disclaimer dont take it lightly. the last case scenario i would do is use odin to go back to bone stock if that dont help.....yea time to take it to a corp store.
 
Pheewwww ! Thought it was only me as well... mine been gone since Sunday. And i did the same thing as OP reflashed a couple roms back that I knew I had working 4g and to no availability. I have Metropolis downloaded to see if flashing it will give me the answer. .
 
Same thing happened to me after trying Synergy. Backups wouldn't get 4g or flashing new roms either. I tried restoring my nv backup too & no 4g. What worked for me was flashing stock through Odin twice. I don't know why but after flashing a 2nd time my 4g came back. Hope this helps.
 
i used to have the same proble y flash the stock version and everything nothing work i just flash the stock version from shabby and make sure the device is normar under the status go to a corporate store the will flash a stock metro software firmware and everything and that fix the 4g if not they change ur phone
