make sure you wipe, make sure you flash gapps (you can find em here: Goo.im Downloads - Downloading gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip)

this is just a proof of concept. IDK what works and what doesnt. i dont have the device so im relying on yall :P. make sure to test both versions and lemme know if teh stock APN's fix anything.

I'm a long time lurker... I'll flash away and give y'all a report. I'm already running CM10 on my evoLTE, so hopefully I can spot out any malfunctions...
 
hmmm ok according to n4zty the boot fails on the samsung boot splash. which means its a kernel issue.

if someone could try doing the following
Try booting, then hold power button for 15 seconds and do recovery combo. Should do a warm boot into recovery so you can get last_kmsg.

to get teh last_kmsg do this:

adb shell cat /proc/last_kmsg > /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
adb pull /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt

and pastebin/upload that for me please :)

I guess everyone at work. Is this something that i can do? I don't know anything about adb. Is it done from pc or all phone?
 
all from pc connected to phone via usb.
But this will imply soft-bricking your device. So... If you are not comfortable with that... steer clear.
 
it can be done from terminal command in twrp but, we trying to get that part straighten out...;)
