Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Triangle away

Tried using triangle away to reset my counter,but it came up saying "magic header not found incompatible device ?"I don't know what that means,however it work just fine on my galaxy tab 2 7.0

Various related models are supported depending on firmware, but only the exact model numbers listed are supported.

Did you set up wallet initially? If so did you reset it before flashing a ROM?

They could be saying in your face if the nfc element is destroyed because of flashing and not setting up wallet right.

But i guess it wouldn't matter if you don't use it.

That was one of the first thing I deleted. I keep my money in my socks.
 
Yah the app doesnt work for us but it works for every other models, and lol dont be so confident if you have a hardware problem, you will be kind of screwed if metropcs learns to check the download mode and see if you modified the phone.
 
can someone pleaseeeeee flash tiede's unroot stock file to confirm it's working.. I rooted my phone but now need to take it in to metropcs store cause I'm having problems connecting to 4g (i only can connect to 3g) and yes I'm in 4g area will appreciate it much!!

why not just flash it, we wouldn't post nothing to do harm to anyone's phone. ;)

Just flash the stock tar nuttmeg linked you to in Odin to get the stock recovery back. Then go to the supersu app in your app drawer go to settings and tap full unroot. It will remove su from xbin and also remove the supersu app, thus unrooting your device ;)

Thanks for the info.. I didnt install a custom ROM on it so it's already stock.. I also went into superuser settings and it doesn't give me an option for full unroot, only temp unroot.

I contacted chain fire already, not sure when or if he will get around to it. I hope he does. I don't think you can reset the counter with a jig on this phone, only boot into download mode with one. At least from what I've been reading.
