Root [MetroPCS] MetroPCS Deceiving Throttle

When I get throttled I get about 0.16kbps down/ 0.24kbps up. Yeah it's pretty unfortunate they throttle it so low. :/ I'm in the DFW area of Texas (Dallas, TX mostly but I commute around every now and then however speeds are the same, usually less than that) I find it kind of hilarious that it's 2014 and '3G' to them is what dial-up was in 1999. Heck even when I'm not throttled, in the South Dallas area, I'm lucky to get 1mbps down when I have a full signal in the morning-time. Not sure how stressed their towers must be but if they don't reword their policy, I would love to help with that formal complaint. :P

All the methods are outdated since mid October. Either usb tether via Pdanet or custom roms (none of the custom roms are anywhere near stable).

So best option in my opinion, $60 Plan and usb tether. That way I have a fully functional phone and unlimited tether at home. Only annoyance is the usb wire.

If anyone know of a current unlimited wireless tether, please link. Running rooted stock.

Well let me put u on a note... Im on KK.mini n tethering of course a bit long but it works... On stock. U guys hav my instructions... N they work on Xperion too... Hroarks13 Roms (Cm11 n KK4.4.2) u can tether too and samevon XT51 n Angablade and Dm... Everything is important... Like READING..... TAKE UR TIME. TRY.TRY.TRY.TRY... UNTIL U GET IT. If location. Is an issue.. Ehh dealt with it if Roms testisg isn't ur thing... Stay with Stock... Literally stay SSTOCKK...

Sorry if i made u feel off... I was trying to be more direct about those that like to complaint without bringing some solutions... I apologies to every single newbie out there whom desire to learn.
