The Deodexed roms have been uploaded. As mentioned before, the LG keyboard has been swapped out with an aosp keyboard. For some reason the LG keyboard doesn't function in a deodexed rom.

The T-mobile deodexed rom seems to be working correctly. I'll test the metro pcs one next.

The metro-pcs deodexed rom is also working great. Both roms are stock and have the correct kernel this time But jokes aside, we have bases for both odex and deodex stock custom roms now. Great job for making these base roms Now if you don't mind me, I'm going to restore back to Xperion. Also just wanted to say that litestep is very slow today.

Edit: Btw that was the fastest test I have probably ever done for TWO roms! Well to be fair they are just stock.

Whatever it was it seems to be fixed now. Its downloading for me at 4 mb/s now which is normal for me. Before it was like 50 kb/s so you can see the problem there. I was downloading and flashing at the same time because of that lol.

BTW stock roms are just ridiculously big, they're both like 600 mb each! Xperion is around 350 mb and the cm10 you built is like 200 mb which seems to be coming together, kudos to you for making an alpha.

I just got lucky getting it to boot. It's got loads of problems. Cm11 is in the pipeline so stay tuned for that. Once it's up and running for vm, i'll make sure you guys get it too.

What I'm predicting is Cm10 will be up and running soon and it can be ported. I've checked through the rom files and they seem to be all good. Well good luck on both CM10 and CM11, I'm rooting for you

Have you tried to install the cm10 rom? You should try it and then install the freedom kernel and boot to see what works

I think someone tried that and it did boot, but there was very bad connection and many other errors. Not very stable. I think you should make a cm10 thread on this sub forum and make the rom you currently have built for the vm thread just with this kernel and then we'll see what happens. But if it seems like too much work to manage two roms, I respect your decision.

Yeah probably when the rom gets a bit more stable than alpha. I'll see if I can try modifying the kernel of that cm10 rom. Btw you said that it was originally made from the base of this rom in one post?

I'm currently working on my first ever custom rom using your deodexed rom as a base. Its gonna be themed and stuff and I'm pretty excited about it. I have most of the app icons changed and all I need left is the boot animation and system ui.

BTW I also realized out only two custom roms being Slimlite and Xperion are both odexed, so this will actually be the first deodexed custom rom, not counting these stock roms cause their purpose is a base like you said.

Are you looking to install cwm on your phone because it's not booting?
Have you tried to do a factory reset? With the phone turned off, hold Volume Down & Power button until the screen tells you to release the buttons.

I don't know what might have happened as this rom did boot for me and worked when I tested both of them out. There may be a problem now and I could have just gotten REALLY lucky with getting them to boot and not bootloop. I used this as a base for a rom and brotherswing said it bootlooped for him when he tested it out. I triple checked everything I did and I guarantee I did not mess anything up. Let me install CWM so I can restore back in case of any problems and then test it out the deodexed rom just to be sure its not its problem.
