Root MikZ

Just flashed it and this ROM is pretty fast. Everything is pretty much instant. The colors are changed from GB green to Honeycomb blue.
 
It looks good however im gonna wait until there is 4g. Also I wonder if rhe new full HDMI out app would work with this rom?
 
Not sure if and when 4g will happen since the port of the original rom didn't have 4g functionality.

haha dont worry im not expecting anything but if anyone can do it it's the guys over at xda

edit: forgot to ask how is landscape mode looking?
 
Hey Stev, is this port as buggy as Warm Z?

I had a lot of problems with Myns port, couldn't get it to function right no matter what I did.

So far it seems pretty stable. If you're gonna flash I suggest you wipe dalvik, cache, data, factory restore multiple times. Then flash caulkins format all. It might seem like overkill but it ensures a clean install.

10-4 on the wipe. I took your advise on the Caulkins format all from the Warm Z thread. I use it everytime now. I might give this one a shot soon. Thanks! :)
 
mik optimized it further than what myn did...less bugs. for 4g dont think it will happen yes the xda devs are awesome but... the port it comes from doesnt have 4g;)
 
So far I am loving this Rom. Seems faster then mikfroyo 4.5 anyone else feeling that way. I also like the HTC widget, my kingdom for more widgets. " bring me my bucket"
 
Its really fast! Haven't noticed any bugs yet except for what's been noted. Ill give it a full week before I say for sure. But so far I l really like it.

pluged in and turned on wifitether @ 9:30 pm 7%

thats fifteen hours of my avarage use and the battery is the same as mynstwopointtwo but the rom is awsome and faster than anything i have tried yet. i regularly bounce between nands so i can keep up on CM7 getting complete enough to use as a daily driver

I flashed this tonight after Caulkins Format. Hung at the splash screen.....battery pull finished booting. Synced gmail, yahoo mail, and facebook. Downloaded my apps from the market. Tried to reboot to recovery to make a nandroid......hot restarted to normal boot. Tried power off.....hot restarted to normal boot. Battery pull and restored nandroid to Evervolv b3. I will try and wipe everything manually tomorrow and reflash to see if Caulkins missed something. I think I had an issue with that at one time before but can't remember for sure.

Try to wipe cache, data, dalvik, and restore factory all from recovery. Do those steps twice then try to flash caulkins. Might sound like overkill but it helps. What recovery are you using?
 
Amon RA 2.3. I like the look of it and figure it was just a bad flash. I will try it again tomorrow and see what happens. I originally downloaded it to my phone from xda, I have re downloaded it on my pc and will transfer it manually.

Sounds good. Definitely do a complete and multiple wipe prior to the flash.
 
holy hot stuff....this rom is awesomely fast.

I jacked with something and sense keeps foreclosing but other than that...smooth sailing.
