Root Mms inverted

There's a lot of themes for go SMS. And it's very customizable. I think everyone e should try it

Plus I don't like lg's twist on the messaging. I think the stock ICS one is great. Good thing there's a theme for it in go SMS
 
Worked fine when I was testing it out until I restarted it, Now it only works for me only when I reinstall it from system/app after a restart (strange). permisssions are set to rw-r-r and I renamed it to LGUSMms.apk, I also tried force stop and clear cache to no effect. I really like this version it's not just an inverted color of the orginal LGUSMms, but I'm not having any luck with MMS (just says "sending") Wish it worked better staring at txt all day is easier in black.
 
someone should just take the stock apk and play around with the xmls of it to make it all inverted plus it would already be fully functional.
 
here's an MMS.apk I've been using for a long time that works on the motion. It has working mms as well, no popup though. If you have trouble getting mms to send at times clear data from mms and delete old msgs containing attachments. Also at times I'll run fix permissions through the Rom manager app (only feature you need to use from it).. Also after you rename the LGUSMms.apk to .bak and install this one rename the stock one back to LGUSMms.apk
 
This is an inverted mms from somewhere on the Internet I was using that works on the motion follow the instructions above. Just posted it in case other motioners wanted it..

I'm pretty sure that was already posted somewhere else before in the All Things Root forum before.

When (if) I find it, I'm merging this thread with it. Maybe OP will let you be an alternative link if his downloads fail :)

I tried this but didn't work for me... What DOES work (mms and all) is the inverted mms apk you came up with a while back on another thread. I been using it since then, still my fav.:thumbup: It doesn't split the messages once it reaches a certain limit-instead it auto converts to mms. Wish it would do the split thingy- it simply operates faster, but this is still the best stock inverted apk I've found to date-here's the OG thread:
