Root [MOD] CWM touch 6.0.1.1 Install

Like others have stated, do you have USB debug and internet connection enabled on your phone? Also, I had to reinstall my drivers for the computer to "see" my phone. Try doing that. I didnt have to stop the firewall or anti virus, fyi.

where are these drivers?
 
I think everyone should just purchase the cwm touch and nobody would have any problems, the dev deserve to get paid for giving us cwm touch so just show some support and purchase it, just my opinion so don't hate me lol;)

While I do agree each recovery I've seen that's been flashed has reverted back to the original PLUS it's free. It's a donation only thing. No pirating here ;)
 
Guys. You shouldn't have any problems doing this. Obviously all of you have rooted your phone. You set it up the exact same way. I dont see why USB should be turned OFF and mine is set to start Internet Connection when its first plugged in. The drivers should already be installed because you've already rooted your phone.

Read the OP. Yall are making this WAY TOO hard when it's not. Read! :D

Well there is no version 6.0.0.0 that Im aware of for this phone.

Did you download the correct link?

6.0.1.1 has a grey background

6.0.1.0 has a black background
 
My background is Black...When I go into recovery thru power button menu it says Clockwork Mod Recovery v6.0.0.0. In Rom Manager is says Current Recovery: Clockwork Mod 6.0.1.1
 
No clue guys. I had 6.0.1.0 installed and 6.0.1.1. flashed over it perfectly.

If you flash 6.0.1.1 theres only 1 file that gets flashed so its either 6.0.1.1 or it doesnt flash at all and you still have what you previously had.

You can try flashing the old recovery through ROM manager like you would normally do. And then come back and flash 6.0.1.1.

When I first tried to install this through ROM manager I had 6.0.1.0 but It had reverted back to the OG one. So maybe you have to have the OG one before you can flash 6.0.1.1

Thats the only thing I can think of.





I went back and flashed the older one and it is the 6.0.0.0

I have 6.0.1.0 and that's the one I thought I uploaded. My apologies.

So is the one your seeing now different?

Cause what Im saying is if 6.0.1.1. is flashed, either 6.0.1.1. gets flashed or nothing gets flashed and it stays the same. There's only 1 file that is the actual recovery file and it can't just change.


I've just flashed 6.0.0.0 and went back and flashed 6.0.1.1 and then flashed 6.0.0.0 again and back to 6.0.1.1.

I'm not having any issues at all. :confused::confused::confused:
