Root [MOD] CWM touch 6.0.1.1 Install

I flashed it but it didn't work :o through rom manager. I flashed then deleted rom manager because I don't use it lol but it was the same cwm. No touch.
 
Flashing it through ROM manager does not work. They have offered it for free on their website and I just compiled it to an old flashable version for yall to flash.

Flash through the downloads I gave you, NOT through ROM manager. You will waste $1.99.

I flashed it with ROM manager no problem :eek:

For whomever it's not working-- it's very easy...connect phone to pc, download recovery to computer, right-click file, extract "choose location and file name of your choice", in windows explorer navigate to that folder, double click the xxx.BAT file, patiently let it do its thing....it does everything for you, including rebooting your phone.

PS whatever you do, do not download to your phone directly(or copy over to pc from phone if you did already)...it won't run there no matter what method you choose-- from pc or thru cwm or rom manager on phone...

I've extracted the files, but the xxx.BAT file is not showing up.

I have the following files:
adb.........................File
adb.exe...................Application
adb.osx...................OSX File
AdbWinApi.dll...........Application Extension
AdbWinUsbApi.dll......Application Extension
busybox..................File
cwmrecovery.img......WinZip File
su..........................File
Superuser.apk..........APK File

Someone please point me in the right direction.

Follow my directions in the OP. Click the CWM installer file. It's 1 of 2 files outside of the files folder. DONT go into the files folder. you dont need to mess with anything in there.

So the CWM-Installer.bat, right? Not the CWM-Installer.sh?

Just waiting for it to do it's thing. Been on the black screen for several minutes now.

Says: * daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
 
Make sure anti virus and firewalls are off.

usb debug and internet connection are enabled on the phone.
 
USB Debug and Internet connection are enabled. Unfortunately, I can't turn off the firewall or anti virus on my work computer. I'll have to wait till I get home and try to install from my home computer.

Can take a few minutes...Give it a good five minutes to go its thing even though nothing may appear to be occurring.
Ensure that when u connect phone that your computer sees it Properly...gives it two letters/contents can be browsed.
This process can be finicky...may need to toggle between mass storages/internet connection options Or toggle internet connection option back off then back on or disconnect/reconnect USB cable or swap out a different one...
