Root Most efficient way to back up apps?

I want to do a factory reset again, because my phone keeps changing Ringtones, When restarting my phone (Most the time). So Im going back to stock ROM to re root & see if that fixes my issue.

The First time I did a factory reset I had to remember what apps I had and Re download them one by one..

I wanted to ask, what is the most efficient way to back up your apps so they can just Re-download all of your apps you had?

Always used TB to freeze/Unfreeze apps.
Never actually tryed to back up with it, will try it out.

Batch backup and restore work wonders with tibu

I've found that some apps tend to misbehave when restored by either cwm or tb. What i do is reinstall them all manually from the market. If you go to menu and my apps in the market and slide it to the right it will have all your installed apps history. This makes it a lot easier and faster too.
