Root My Evo 4G wont use wifi

Ever since I updated my roms around a week ago I cannot use my wifi. I turn on my wifi and the icon that shows you that wifi is on isnt there. Are there any fixes to this?

Did you setup wifi? I know when i first turn mine on i have to setup the network i will be using. If you did then did it save the network info? You can try to wipe cache and dalvic see if that helps you.

What ROm are you on?

What kernel if any have you flashed?

We need a lot more information to diagnose your problem other than "my wifi is broke".


If you flashed a custom kernel I'd suggest reflashing it and mounting data in recovery before you do so

Some of the roms require you to mount data before flashing a kernel. Otherwise if don't, wifi will be borked
