Hi Lekky / Choco thingy
Were you at the show too Lekky?
Yes although plastic, everything feels extreemley study and of quality.
I have never had a Galaxy S so cannot compare, I am on the HTC desire which has been a great phone but time to move on.
The sgs2 feels better quatlity vey flush with all edges and cover (did not seem to creak or twist) and is the sort of phone you will want to get out and impress your friends.
The only problem I notice was opening the video file which took longer than I expected... about 10-15 secnds which I was a bit disappointe about but have to remember these were just prototypes. The picure file opened instanly and loaded the pics quickly.
As I said, the thing that really impressed was the camera quality .
Sorry, didn't try the speaker.
Went back for a second play and connected it to my desire to get an internet conection which was solw but with a poor signal. I liked the transition from prtrait to landscape - a bit iphone ish in that it rolls over as opposed to snapping.
Obviously I only had minutes to play with it but nothing put me off - it has spurred me on to get the phone.
I did try to slip it in my pocket but the guy from samsung didn't seem too impressed!!
Come on May 1st - (I am beginning to dream of this phone every night my gf thinks I am obsessed - she may be right

)
