Root My phone done?

Was in clockwordmod recovery wiping data before a ROM flash and my phone shut off before I could install zip from SD.

When I initially went to turn the power, it vibrated 3 times, but nothing since has happened (nothign has come up on screen)

It couldn't of died, it was plugged into my computer.

Hope there is some way to recover it, but not looking optimistic with it not turning on at all.
 
your battery might be dead. if though it is plugged in to your computer when you are in recovery it is not charging. that it is why it is very important that you make sure that you have enough to flash. if it is less then 20%. then i wait until it is charged more before i flash anything. so try another battery and see if you can get it to boot up.

Battery was close to full....I have tried plugging it into wall but nothing.

If I can't get it on..if it is bricked, would a Sprint tech know it was rooted if they can't even access it?
 
i would try and see if another battery will work first. do you know anybody with an evo? you can always buy a new one as well. the sprint tech should be your last resort. there is a chance that you could void your warranty.
 
Just my two cents on the battery thing. My phone was charging, and showed full battery, then it shut off and would not charger up anymore. Took it to Sprint, and they said that it happens sometimes with the batteries where they won't charge, and they'd have to do it manually.

Were you wiping battery stats?
 
I don't know if this will help but when I was first flashing stuff I help up on vol and power instead of down and it seriously vibrated 3 times and wouldn't turn on and the charge light didn't even turn on but Im pretty sure I pulled the battery and it was good when I went into recov

Up and power does that. Need down and power
