ok I dont know if this will mean much to you guys on here but wanted to give alittle input on what i think of the X2 since i have owned a X.
1. Half of the apps i downloaded when i go into app drawer and click downloaded most of them dont show up.
2. also when i hit home on the phone when i am in the browers to do somthing real quick and go back into it the page has to like half reload itself.
3. i hate how to refresh a page you have to hit a hard button "settings" and then click load which is more work and wear on a button then just having it by the addy bar.
4. Half of the icons for apps are not set up for this screen or seems since most of them i have seem to be very pixiled.
5. Most of the icons seem not to be the same size or you can tell most of them are "off"
6. in apps most of everything is smaller---maybe because higher res?
7. Alot of connection errors.
Ok so now things i like lol.
Like how its all black and not smoke colored or gray as some say.
screen is clearer and they have removed the camera button. All my accessories work with this phone. around the screen where on the x it was blackish now has a blueish tint which i think is sexy.
Quad score stock was 2500 average.
I couldnt see or feel much between the dual core and single core exept when i was on wifi and when i downloaded a app from clicking download and it installing took like 3 seconds lol...and when after the load bar on the browser was finish the web page snapped up alittle faster.
Compaired my girlfriends Vortex vs my X vs my X2 to loading time of a app same app that is not much different between the two maybe a total of a second.
So like most of you know going from a X to a X2 isnt worth the upgrade nor do i think if you did you would be downgrading and to check since i might of had a bad one i went to the store where my buddy works (verizon corp store) and kinda got the same feeling but they here at their stores run repeaters to help with signal.
So i think the X2 is kinda of a downgrade.
give you a background how i got a X2 is cause i have had 2 froid x's replaced and they offered me the x2 so i said yeah and then after all this today with a new phone i showed my buddy and he gave me the droid inc2 which i will have Thursday....he tried to get me the thunderbolt and they said no.
lol but i had to vent this and maybe help people on the fence about the x2 lol
Ps the DROID 3 is was more snappy smooth and better phone
