Naked for sure. No need to add bulk and ruin the Evo's pure beauty covering it in some ugly case.. Screen protectors are a waste with modern scratch-resistant screens.
Just follow these two simple rules, and your phone will be fine :
1. Carry the phone in an empty pants or suit pocket (don't keep in the same pocket as keys etc!)
2. Don't drop your phone
1. I do this but the phone is sometimes set down on the table, etc and will eventually pick up micro scratches all over the plastic. Metal and soft-touch plastic help avoid this compared to glossy plastic but it's still an issue.
2. Well, I obviously try not to do this but there's always that one time where you slip and drop it. The same way I keep a cheap $12 filter on all my camera lenses to protect them from smudges and scratches, it can make sense to have a cheap invisible sheet of plastic over your phone to ensure that it stays good as new. Easier to replace the sheet of plastic than the phone and it doesn't hurt the look of it.
Though they are pretty damn hard to see unless you have light shinning on it just right I forget they are their.
I can't find one for the HD2 so not sure how much bulk it would add to an Evo.
