Naked or case?

Using protection?

I've ordered a Seidiocase specifically so that the phone won't rest on the camera lens when I put it down. I've had more issues with screen protectors than with any screen problems, so I'm not going to bother with one. No issues with my Droid without a screen protector.

I have to get a case. The reason I'm getting a phone in the first place is because I dropped my phone, and now it doesn't work so well. I use my phone as a mp3 player while I run, and my head phones got caught once. Instead of the ear pieces falling out, the phone flew out of my pocket...
Only time I have ever dropped my phone, and now the usb ac adaptor doesn't work, the trackball doesn't go up most the time, and sound will just out often. So I will always be buying cases from now on :)
This actually happend a while ago, but I just had to wait for the Evo.

Curious who goes commando here with their hot little lady. What are your experiences thus far? Is it liberating or do you live in constant fear that you're going to ding up your baby?

I'm a recovering iPhone Incase hardshell-er. Had my EVO since launch day and am still riding naked.

I'm not a fan of any type of cell phone cases or covers but am a little worried about my latest investment. Phone is still naked but am considering options that don't look too messy or out of place.

Bought the silicon case @ Sprint and have been relatively happy with it.. Phone is too big to go commando for me and normally I don't do a case..

i was going to not have a case, but after hearing that the sprint silicone case is pretty thin, i might look into that.

If I do get a case it's for drop protection, not scratch protection. I checked out the EVO at the Sprint store (I'm waiting for my iPhone contract to expire) and will admit to trying my damnedest to scratch the back with my fingernail and I couldn't make the faintest nick or scratch. It's a great material. I have an iPhone 3G and that plastic gets scratched up from just laying it on the coffee table.

I got the body glove case and screen protectors on the day it came out. And i have to say they work very well. When i show people my phone they cant even tell i have a screen protector on it. I also got 20% of the accessories for buying 2 at one time.

Commando it is, although I still bought a Body Glove hard case anyway. This dog gone thing is too sessy to be covered up.

I have the silicone case for work...or drunk events i.e club or party or bar....I have the anti glare screen protector from sprint... but this silicone case from sprint is so thin I barely notice it....plus it keeps the camera and screen from touching surfaces when laying down....

I got the body glove for me and the gel skin for my wife, along with the sprint screen protector....With the glass screen, I didnt want to go all out with an invisible shield....I didnt want one that was applied with water either.....I cant tell the protector is on there and the 2 cases seem to work good so far....

just went and got the sprint silicon case, and i must say im impressed on how thin it is. It really doesn't add any bulk to the phone and it also causes the phone to NOT lay on the camera which is a big plus.

I'm fully commando baby....the silicon case is way to loose for my taste. When some good cases come out I will look into it. As for now, I'm enjoying it, plus I got insurance from Best Buy...$10 a month for peace of mind.

Currently going naked. But I have a Clarivue screen protector in the mail, and an Amzer silcone case waiting to be shipped. I'm also waiting for Steinheil to get their shit together and release a screen protector for the EVO.

Tried a Sprint silicon case, was ok but fit to loose, collected to much lint from a pocket. Going commando, as I have for the prior three years with my various iPhones.

This thing is way too sexy to wrap... but after I accidentally flung my hero down 3 flights of concrete stairs at a ball game I've reconsidered (still worked perfectly, just really scratched up).
I have the BB Platinum case on it, which I love and think adds to the appearance. I put the screen protector from sprint on it, but hated how it did not cover the whole screen, looked like crap, and no matter how hard I tried could not get all the bubbles out. I am going to rock the screen commando for now, until I can find a protector that covers the entire face and you can't tell is on (so probably never).

I've considered staying commando but curious about Ghost Armour. Going to check it out today and see if it's for me. If not, she'll stay in her birthday suit.

I bought the same case, haven't used it yet.

It fits so much better in a pocket than I expected. Now that it's been a few days, I will probably try the case.
