how to install this rom? becauses i install the one with the removed apps but the apps still there? should i only choose between the two neatlite and the remove app?

The install clears /system so they should have gone. not sure which zip you flashed
 
Sounds like you installed it without doing a wipe


do i need to to do dlete data,cache davlik,battery,and cache? even thou i used the neatrom full? and which one shoul i installed?the neat lite or the neat lite with removed apps?

Mate, if you want clean NeatRom Lite, backup your apps with titanium, copy "NeatRomLite v1.0 XWLPG" to internal sd, go to CWM, mounts and storage, format system, format data, format cache, install rom

Here when you say NeatRomLite you really mean NeatRom? (over NeatRom).

Besides that. After flashing NeatRom Lite, if I want to add one of the removed applications (such as swype which I use) What do I need to do? Just run the apk you provided with the removed apps?

The removed apps zip contains all removed apps. You need to extract the individual apk file out and copy it onto your sd card them run it through My Files.

or open zip with winrar, delete what you want, close, copy to sd and flash
 
I have just put the NeatRomlite on my phone, completed my titanium backup, but I have lost my phone and contacts, says this application isn't installed or something, does anyone have an apk?

I've installed Neat Lite and Siyah kernel 3.3.2. As far as I can see, same combination you have.

What have you installed to get that Battery performance besides Battery tips? I mean, voltage control, modifying cores parameters or so?

Please, let me know so I learn and also can modify those parameters in my S2.
