Neat ROM

OK, I went back to Neatrom, ran it for a day without any issues. I then flashed the Aroma 4.2b mods so I could have no increase ring and default to USB storage when connecting to PC etc. Have to say the phone is running fine. Quick, smooth, no issues at all.

So I have to say I agree with Kelis32. It seems the Aroma mods are working fine for me and the other mods caused me an issue.
 
I don't like it but I will try Wanam's Rom. Will just test it out but for sure, I will go back to NeatRom. :)

Update: Just minutes of using Wanam's rom and already hating it. I dunno why. There is something in Neatrom that I don't find in other roms. :s

Good work sale, just hope the black status bar mod works....

In the couple of months that i have been on Neat it seems to me that Sale posts his releases here first before he post on XDA, small crumbs to the donators i know but a big testament to the forum
 
As I was on NEAT ROM Full LSJ with the Siyah 6.0beta5 kernel I just did a GS2KernelWipe and flashed MS1 over my existing ROM with no other wipe.

I did lose CWM and STweaks in the app drawer because of the PhilZ kernel... however, the good news is that Siyah 6.0beta 5 works great with MS1. :)

Even better news, for me, is that Hawker's 23 toggle, Blue Circle battery, Transparent Notification bar mod is such a tart that it works great on MS1... no grovelling to the soggy moggy needed by me! :)

Now for some serious testing for both NEAT ROM Full MS1 and Siyah 6.0beta5.

Hmmm. Think I'll stick on LSJ for now then. I was wondering if there was an issue with it. Started to download, went out to do some shopping. Got back, plugged phone in. Was about to copy XXMS1 to the phone when I fortunately noticed the file size was only 335mb. Thought to myself, ah, corrupt download, lucky I spotted it. SO went back to the DEV site again to re download it and the file has been pulled.

So I shall wait until I find out why before proceeding.

Mmm. Not convinced by this one. Not so smooth and a bit of lag. And my lsj backup has a mismatched md5 sum. Grrrrrrrr.

Been on it for about 5 hours and no problems so far here. Very smooth and quick. Siyah 6.0beta5 kernel is also working well for me. Is this the Syd K.o.D. :vamp:

Strange, I just got back and saw your posts guys but cannot, after a quick flip through 7 or 8 pages on the NEAT xda thread, see any reason for a pull on the Full version.

Does anyone know why?
