Well, she has been complaining A LOT about her phone lately. Mainly the fact that it really doesn't hold a charge all too well. The 1500 mAh battery in her phone is relatively new, so that shouldn't be causing any sort of disruption. I've also checked her programs and how she has the syncing times set up, and they aren't anything different than what I would use yet her Inc lasts her usually 9-5 if that, and she doesn't even use her phone all that much.
So..... I've come here asking for help on deciding what ROM/kernel to install to it to give her the best battery life, but the stipulation is that I really want to stay as close as possible to the Sense UI because that's what she knows, and it's a long, LONG process to teach her new things. So please help me out with this.
If you need any more info, I will give it to you instantly. Also, what is the best way to root her phone? Unrevoked cubed or unrevoked forever? And her's is the AMOLED screen if that makes a difference or not.
Thanks for your help whoever answers!

And you guys recommend I install the custom kernel as well, right? Also, is it easy to install a ROM/Kernel on the Inc? I currently own a Droid X and we all know that it's EXTREMELY simple to do anything because there's absolutely nothing to do to mess up.
You can see which HBoot you have by booting into Hboot (power down, then press vol down and power simultaneously). A complete wipe is not normally needed when going from stock to Virtuous. I would suggest visiting the developer's web page and/or forum threads about a ROM here and at XDA before installing any new ROM, though.
