Root Need help fast

I used root uninstaller and choose to freeze the original launcher installed on my lg v 670 after installing another launcher now I cant even unlock the phone from the lock screen please help me!!!!

Which ROM did you use and did you try turning it on and off?

In order to help you we're going to need more info. Are you rooted? Do you have a custom recovery? Did you make a backup in that recovery of your system(called a nandroid backup) ? What exactly did you do and with what that lead up to your present perdicament?
