Help need help phone going crazy.???

ok all the sudden my phone is acting crazy. app open up by then self. screen becomes unresponsive can shut phone off at times it makes calls with out me doing it. i tried hard reset by taking the batt out. no go then i went to privacy did back to stock reset it is fine for about 5 minutes then it act up again.tried diff roms so it is a software issue or bad sd card.???anybody else had this happen if so what is the fix. thanks
 
I've seen this before. Try reformatting the uSD card in the PC to default settings or just replacing it and see if that cures your problem.

well when i try to format it or read it on my laptop. it says can't format so the only way i'm able to format sd card is thru the phone in recovery.just for the hell of it i put the phone back to stock. even did the upgrade thru lg mobil software update even atfer new update phone is still not working freezing unrespondsive
app opening up on their own or the screen flickering.can't even get into settings icon is not responding
 
If it can't even format it I would say it's toast. Try another one. Use a friends if you have to before going out and buying a new one, just to be sure it's the problem.

Ummm on stock theres a stupid metropcs app where you get ads on your phone.......that might be your problem...it's one of many reasons I'm not on stock....

It sounds like a digitizer. If you even got a small amount of moisture in phone it will do that. If you have changed to different rom and kernel then a software issue may not be the problem.

Does it do it any time or only when screen is on?

I hope im wrong though. Keep trying other options.

I might even take a blow dryer to it. Lol

thanks after trying diff roms, wipes, and formats, the only 2 things that i can think of are i updated busybox.second i was at a car show on sunday sitting down with the phone in my front pocket and if you are in florida. it was hot as hell this past sunday.the phone was hot when i took it out of my pocket.
but now the phone is working except that at the bottom of the screen where the drawer is if i open a program. and i need to tap there it is non responsive. i have to rotate the phone=auto rotate to excecute it.but other wise phone is back to stable.thanks to all that respond as this is my guinea pig phone always under the knife. hehehehe

Well i'm glad it started to work better.
The digitizers are very sensitive to moisture. It sounds like it dried out a little.

I had an ipod that stopped working after my son went swimming with it and after 2 months of sitting and drying out it started working again. lol

If it is a software issue, this will clean out everything that would defect it in any non physical way:

Try it, if you still have issues, it's definitely hardware related.
