Help need help plz

I have thc hero and i just removed some programs i had download and now it out of order saying: The application htc sense process com.htc. laucher has stopped unexpectedly please try again. I took off the battery try it again and says the same. I can not make call or do any thing to it.

It's unusual for simply uninstalling apps to cause this - what were the apps?

If restarting from cold results in the problem always reoccuring then a factory reset may be required, I'm afraid.
