Yep, that's the one. I'm using "method 2- to fully unroot." Since my phone somehow changed to locked and hboot 2.18, I'm on step 2- installing the stock rom and recovery. I renamed the PC36IMG file and put it on the sdcard. When I load into bootloader it scans through some files but doesn't ask me to do anything. I tried going into recovery and loading the zip file from the card, but it cancels the install with an error.

does it say re-locked or just locked? on your pc when you downloaded the PC36IMG file do you see a ".zip" at the end? or does it show only PC36IMG?
Just says locked (oow). I think I may have it working! I put the PC36IMG zip file in the main directory of the phone (when I have it connected by usb), instead of in the "sdcard" folder that's on there. Now I got an update prompt and it's working through.

Yep! Kinda feel stupid now for not putting the file in the right place. *facepalm.
Anything I should know going forward? I had my contacts synced with google, so when I connected my account they all were there, give or take a few that I must have only put on my phone before.
