Ok so the original rom has alot of stuff taken out of it. It says you can flash the new apps and widgets but how do you do that? im lost,do i flash the rom first? then how do i flash the apps and widgets. Heres the url with the rom and apps and widgets Sacs Kingdom Rom v-4 updated 5-31-11

you would just flash the apps and mods just like you would do when you flash a rom. except that all you would have to wipe is dalvik cache and cache.

yes that is the right order. i always wipe everything twice and flash the rom regardless if it is an updated version of the rom or not.
