Root need help

I am running bobz cm10 it was very fast 1.5 MBS then I got Prl 3035 I didn't install it metro did.I went back to 3032 and it still slow like 349 kps I called metro they said my account was fine. I have the 70.00 plan. Does any one think its because of t mobile? Is any one else having this problem? Thanks it just started a couple of days ago.
