That's not what I'm getting at. I can't find my Windows CD to boot into on my Mac to root it. I tried the Mono method and it still can't launch the .exe.

It's actually not illegal to try Windows fro that 30 days before you need to put in your CD key. If you falsify your key, that's illegal. I've done my research

It's a moot point. Downloaded, flashed, got it up and running and got a friend's computer to root. SO MANY PROBLEMS. Lock button stopped working, couldn't activate, etc. I REINSTALLED and still had the same problem. I'm flashing maderstcok right now to get back to my perfect rubix.
I cleared cache/data before, installed, then booted into motorecovery and cleared cache/data. No idea why it's freaking out.
I would like to try it, but it's impossible at the moment.

Yeah I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I got back to my working Rubix...and had some weird problems. Namely, that NFS Shift appears AFTER I flash maderstcok, root, and restore my nandroid.
