New netflix app

Streams very well on my Froyo .340 DX using the device check disabled version. Works very well with RealHDMI output to my TV and audio output through my stereo.
 
I get an "Application Not Installed" when I try to install the excluded device apk. Anyone have this problem or know of a work around? Not rooted...
 
works on my DX with rooted/deodex GB .595 on it. I rip the netflix app out of the ZombieStop rom ;) Streamed w/o flaw over 3G.
 
Ok, now that I am on GB .595 I see this thread and have a question. You download and install the Netflix app on the X and once you run it (if it works) then you just log in with your Netflix account and can access the full content of your Netflix account...movies...tv shows...etc?

Reason I am asking, I canceled Netflix a few years back, but might have to pick it back up if this works.
 
Yep. Works well. You can't modify your disk queue but there are apps for that. You can search and change the instant q. Stream quality is top notch and battery is decent. Youtube has feature length stuff too now but we are big Netflix fans.
 
Wow auto correct gone wrong.

I meant the article is way behind the community. The author probably read the first post and that's it.
