Root No files under install from zip and only boots to htc screen

HTC one s, hboot 2.15 unlocked. while changing roms device rebooted. and froze on htc boot screen. rebooted in to fastboot and can navihate to cwm so i figured i'd just install another rom from zip. to my surprise no stem sw is on device any longer. pc only recognizes htc device while on htc boot screen so can't drop new files that way and can't do anything while on bootloader screen. any ideas?

did you by chance make a nandroid (backup) before trying to install the new rom?
 
I've never used titanium backup to make nandroids only to backup apps with data so I wouldn't trust it to make carbon copies of the system image.

I'm at work right now but I'll see if I can come up with an ruu for your device by tonight or if someone can step in and help you before then.
 
Are you s-on? Assuming you flashed a rom that's compatible with your bootloader version you may need to flash the boot.img manually.

Place a copy of the rom you are going to flash on your pc. Extract the boot.img and place in your fastboot directory. After flashing the rom Use this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img

If you boot up after that great. If that doesn't work, can you run a fastboot getvar all
And paste that information here? Make sure to blank out your meid/esn/serial number.

Sorry. Missed the bit about no files. Can you use adb to push files or use adb side load in recovery?
