So no one knows ? do samsung reps read this just bought for 800 bucks to find no video editor kinda upset. The web site sells the ideaon how cool the video editor is then thereis none ?

There is a decent video editor called AndroMedia. It's very simple but does the job. You can add videos pictures and music, make basic cuts and dissolves. I played with it yesterday and it's not bad for a free app :D

I looked in the manual and didn't see any mention of the video editor.

That is pretty messed up if it isn't included or available as a separate download.

So there is no Video Maker app on the AT&T version? That seems really odd.

Edit: Just looked around on XDA, and the app isn't present on the AT&T version. People have tried to install the APK from the international version on the AT&T version with no success. Looks like S Planner may be missing as well.

It's quite possible the Video Maker app isn't compatible with the OMAP processor. :/

Just got my Note earlier this week. A bit bummed by the lake of the Video Maker. It is available on the World version, but not NA. I do think it is an OMAP processor compatibility issue. I hope the ICS update brings additional functionality.

So any other feedback on AndroMedia?

As mentioned...there are apps in the market for this...(i use vid trim)

Hardware differences between the international and us versions make it impossible to use their version
