Hi, I am an iPhone convert. I am having a problem with my EVO and thought someone could help. I have set the notification sounds for emails, but do not get any sound when an email is sent. I do get a sound when I send a text but not an email. I get incoming sound notifications. It is killing me, I can not tell if the email sent sucessfully. On the iPhone there was a "swish" sound. Everytime I send I have to go to the sent box to see if it was actually sent. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Welcome! I've never heard of a sound when you SEND an email. You live and learn. You can ask in the evo section, but I doubt the answer will be good. Check it out. HTC EVO 4G - Android Forums
