Root Official CyanogenMod 13.0 for LG L70 D320 D320n D325 MS323

Hi,
I didn't see that I need newer TWRP and was using 2.8.6.0, but updated to CM 13 successfully.
Then I reformatted sd card to use adoptable storage, phone was still working.
I tried to update TWRP using Flashify and TWRP Manager (tried both, but not sure which caused the problem), one of these didn't do anything, the other asked to update SU and updated it through TWRP, but system then didn't boot and was stuck at boot logo animation
Now I can't boot, and don't have the system image zip on sd card, so I can't reflash.
When I try to connect phone in fast boot, windows reports "unknown usb device - descriptor request failed", even that I had installed LG United driver, and qhusb driver.
I inserted sd card to PC, removed ext4 partition and created it again, put it in phone, but TWRP can't mount the sdcard.

What can I do now? My PC don't see the phone, and phone don't see the card :-(

The problem is with super su , hold volume down and power button untill you see lg logo then let go and press again both buttons and you will enter in hard resset and press yes two times and you can enter in recovery mode and you can reboot from twrp

I can boot to recovery (through hard reset + 2x confirm), but when I boot to system I only see boot animation even after waiting for 10 minutes.
If I copy files from PC to SD card through USB adapter, and put the card to phone, I can't mount it in TWRP.
Also, I can reboot phone to fastboot, but it reports "error allocating memory for ssd buffer", and "EPO/in FALI nfo=40 pg0=7ad15c0", Windows reports unrecognized driver, and Ubuntu (from usb flash live install) can't also can't detect phone
Talking about ubuntu, I'm not sure if I need to install drivers for fastboot working, but I installed adb tools + platform tools

I had the same problem while trying to enter the recovery black screen stayed and gave me error but still lit and worked so download FlashFire is a apk in which you can flash zip or img without a recovery and me it worked perfect just have to go to the android terminal and put the selinux in permissive

This is exactly the case. Your Su binaries are broken because you attempted to update SuperSu by opening it from the app drawer. I had the same problem and managed to fix it by downloading SuperSu from xda and flashing it from Twrp. I also had a bootloop as you do, but updating SuperSu with Twrp and ZIP from xda did the trick. My system started normally after it. Try another sd card as stevce80 said, put newest SuperSu from xda on it and flash it. You'll be just fine.

Any bugs with 25.03 nightly?

As of now, everything's almost perfect with 20160325 ! Thanks to all great Cm13 devs!
I can tell that the cLock problem is solved, settings no longer crash.
Two little bugs I've noticed are:
  • Screen goes to maximum brightness for a sec before going off
  • the resolution of thumbnails of contacts in a stock SMS app is rather low. I didn't see it in cm 12.1
I always lack one feature when installing CM roms, that is screen waking up when a new SMS is received. I use a little but powerful app called SMS WakeUp.
If you share my thought you can try it yourselves ;)

Mystery_Flasher: thanks for explanation, at least now I know the reason...
But I start thinking that I can't fix my phone at home, and it will need some hardware to rewrite internal memory chip :-(
In short:
- my sd card is working in my PC's USB adapter, I tried repartition to FAT32, EXT3 and EXT4, set them to active, and could read/write to it from PC
- but TWRP isn't detecting sd card, can't set check it in mount option, and it displayed sd card has 0MB
- I can't connect from PC to phone, tried Win10 x64 and Win7 x86, and they both displayed Unknown USB, tried to install LG United drivers, Google USB drivers, and qhusb drivers (each with install driver-restart-check connection-uninstall-restart), none of it worked. Ubuntu didn't detect any connection at all

I'll probably have to buy a new phone :-/

Wait, so alarm doesn't crash when it goes off? Sorry to bother you, but alarm is vital for me (and my job), and alarm crashing is the main reason why I'm on snapshot release right now. I would go back to nightlies if alarm is working 100%.

Yes, I can confirm the alarm is working. I use it everyday since Snapshot version, and it works since then.
I didn't have a problem with alarm crashing as you do. The only problem i had was FC when trying to enter cLock settings. ;) I don't now if it was a device specific problem but I'm almost sure we both have the same D320n ;)

I'm almost sure your phone can be saved after reading this forum for many months ;) We've got many similar questions answered by many great people.

Did you try to enter download mode and flash a stock ROM with LG Flash Tool ?
This can be done by turning off your phone, taking out the battery, connecting your device to a computer (USB), and then turning it on again while holding VOL+ at the same time. Your phone should enter Download mode screen that says "Firmware Update" at the top.

If you are lucky you may now flash a stock firmware using LG Flash Tool and proper KDZ file. You will also need LG United Mobile Drivers if you don't have them already.

You may find a very useful video guide here: part6 by LitrosNub

Mystery_Flasher: While holding Vol+ I can get to download mode, that displays "error: allocating memory for ssd buffer" and "EPO/in FAIL nfo=40 pg0=7ad15c0", and Windows display again "unrecognized device", and I said before I tried to install 3 different drivers (one each time after uninstall/restart)
I have some experience before with flashing HTC HD2 many android builds up to Kitkat, until my connector broke and phone was physically dead. Also installed all CM builds for D320n, including rewriting aboot.img, all the time successfuly until now.
As a programmer, it p*ss me off that I can't fix it with software...

Double tap to wake works for me :D guess it's a bit of a lottery between different devices for now ;) The ROM is still in the works so lets hope all the small things will be taken care of soon.

I can image what you feel, I've soft bricked my device dozens of times, but always managed to recover it. It's frustrating that this was caused by the malfunctioning Su update.
I have no more ideas for you at hand, but maybe other members will suggest a fix.

Well, an hour ago, I bought S5 mini with a discount and for 10months credit...
Then I tried the card and it works in that phone. So either there's a reason why TWRP in L70 didn't detect it (cause of bad flash of SU?), or the slot is corrupted.
Now I connect S5 with USB to PC and ... "Unrecognized device" again.
Tried a new USB cable that I got from S5, connected to L70 and now phone displays "fastboot processing"...
So probably the culprit was USB cable, ironically I bought it yesterday along with usb sdcard reader, and I didn't see the cable was MTP only.
I'll try to install drivers for LG again and will see if it will communicate with PC again, that means my L70 might be saved :-)

Happy easter, and thanks again :-)

Confirmed, fastboot works, so L70 can be fixed, and I'll have to pay 10 months 600,- CZK ($25) for my new S5, don't count 2 days of trying to save, because of bad cable [ bangs head on table :)]

Nice to see that it's alive again :) Our LG's are quite unbrickable, so eventhough you have your S5 you may still want to test new LG L70 roms and share your thoughts here ;) good luck and happy easter!

hywhy when i open the camer ,it always say to insert the sdcard?
