How do you take a screenshot of your droid?

connect your DROID using the usb 2.0 cable...then pull down the drop bar when usb pops up on the droid...click mount...
go on your computer...it should be your F drive...then open up the folder till you get to camera...then just copy and paste to your iflikr or photobucket account...then use the image button and copy and paste link...hope that helps you out...

I think he means how do you take an actual screenshot of your Droid and get that image file, similar to what iPhone users do:

the small ones look crappy if I just download them and set them directly to wallpaper, is that normal?

Don't download the small ones - those are thumbnails - click them to get the full sized ones and then download.
 
whoops - no, *I* am the one missing something - all those pics came from Howard Forums, form the Alias WP thread - naturally they are already scaled to 240 * 320

My bad.
 
I've been trying for a week to find one I like better... but this is the one I keep going back to. It just fits so well with the droid UI and doesn't make my homescreens look cluttered...

I attached a bunch of the wallpapers I made for myself out of my own photography (except for the green fractal-looking broccoli--I got those off of Google, cropped 'em, and ran 'em through a couple of Photoshop filters.) Feel free to help yourself, but I'd appreciate it if you let me know which one you took.

I'm currently using the mission arches one--the vanishing point in that makes it kind of neat for the 5 home screens I currently have. :)
