Yeah, the multi task was featured on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 and I was really hoping they'd include it on the GN! Very happy camper!
 
I have been playing with my phone non stop since 930 this morning. I feel that it is the best Android experience to date. I have owned over 12 different android phones, and this one blows them all away. I personally am not fond of OEM UI's on top of android. And from the test vid of Samsung's build of ICS for the S2, I am glad I have the Nexus. I have annihilated the batter, but again, it hasn't really left my hands since I got it. I picked up the extra battery with charger for 30 at VZW. So that makes it nice to not really have to plug the phone in. Just swap the batteries out and continue throughout my day. The rent-z-razr was nice, but the Nexus takes the cake!
 
I'm loving it. ICS and this screen rocks!!! I'm running benchmarks now to see how it stacks up against my rent-a-razr.

Can anyone else see the PenTile matrix on this screen or is just me?

Hmmm. Nope that's up to date. Well, I'd probably give it a couple days if you can stick it out. Like someone mentioned, it's probably going to get better and better. You have until January 15th to change your mind, so there's no hurry. But if it's effecting your day-to-day life, then i'd understand wanting a quick fix.

Love my freaking Gnex worth the wait there was aline for it in my small town took about an hour to get verizon must not have known how huge this was going to be.

Not a thing so far i dislike great exp so far!!!!
 
Great phone. Definitely alot better than my Blackberry. Still getting used to everything as I'm new to Android, but overall experience is great. I'm so glad I chose to wait rather than getting a Iphone 4s. I look forward to the journey's that me and the phone will encounter for the next two or so years.

What area are you in? I live in Shelby Township and I'm not having any problems like that.

I was in a video call and couldn't hold the connection for more than 2 minutes with it...its awful...phone calls dropping like crazy. But its just this phone in this house. Full 3g on my X, my brother in laws X, and my sisters dinc2. I should be getting a stable 4g connection, instead I can barely hold a 3g connection. Went golfing and it seemed to hold 4g just fine, but that doesn't explain the awful 3g in our house.

I agree. Loving it so far. Getting 16 Mb down and 8 Mb up on 4G. Love it! I picked up the extra battery too. We get 25% off our bill, phones and accessories so it wasn't too bad.

I was in the mall today and I completely lost signal. I'm a little concerned about the radio.

Build quality is acceptable to me, but it's far from a tank. Very, very snappy!

I love it so far!
 
wow....there is absolutely zero..i mean ZEROOOOOO lag in the keyboard. that alone amazes me.

the camera zero shutter lag is awesome

..but i'm not liking the white background of the stock messaging app


i will continue to use stock for a while to get a good feel for it.
 
It was worth the wait - I am really digging this handset / ICS - very smooth, quick - easy to navigate. Size is perfect, screen is bright and crisp. I'm not having issues with the display or volume.

I can't use that stock app... I actually don't ever want to use anything other than GOSMS ever again. It's perfect for me! Plus it's better looking and has a nice widget with easy quick reply.

It's an average battery at best. I'd just suggest getting the extra battery or the bigger one. Other than that, keep it plugged in in the car, plugged in at home and plugged in at work.. luckily we live in a world of plugs!
