Agreed. Also, the Nexus S has a similar bump at the BOTTOM of the phone.

I just logged into my Verizon Wireless account.

The prime must have heard my cries.

I get this:

"You are eligible to upgrade with discounted pricing. If you upgrade on or after 3/20/12 you are eligible to receive an additional loyalty discount."

I click the link, and the Bionic is $250. So I think Im good.

I was worried for a second, that I would have to sell my Rubix cube collection. PHEW!
 
Hey everyone! New to the forums here. Been following the prime for a while now and just want to thank you all for all the insight. Much better than a lot of those other phone review websites. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!

I, too, doubt that the top part is a tablet. Someone just had too much time on their hands. That thin, blade like object that they allege is sitting on top of the prime (the light, I guess) is entirely too thin to be a tablet, especially if it will have the prime hanging off of it's back.

PS: Calling it "the prime" seems very badass! lol
 
I'm not sold on the tablet theory either, but i will update the OP with that "hypothesis."

Honestly your guess is as good as anyone's at this point. Being on Verizon is unprecedented, and not being on TM would also be unprecedented.

What I'm really hoping is that the 11th will tell us who's getting what and when.
 
I could see every carrier finally getting it. They sold the first one on T-Mobile and AT&T. So it made sense that they made its replacement also on T-Mobile, then AT&T and Sprint. So at the very least, this one should go to sprint to replace the Nexus S 4G. But, who knows?

The OMAP4460 chipset comes with the SGX540 GPU...same GPU as Nexus S and Galaxy S I series. That tech is quite old these days aka its been available commercially for 18months.

Suprised nobody is really making note of this...especially since the phone will be pushing alot more pixels.. seems like its going to break the back of that GPU in games lol

Would be nice if it did infact have the Exynos. But most leaks have said OMAP4460 :/
 
If this turns out to be the phone everybody wants good, buut there is going to be alot broken heart's if not.
 
I just don't know anymore :)

I will wait until October 11th. Until then let the speculation flow like a stream of golden honey......slow and steady
