Because alot of us here are like family and this has been a fantastic ride... Its like watching a movie all together, playing around, joking and having a good time. Now its time to watch the end of the movie, and we want the end to be great... ultimately all of us will have to leave and go home and the movie will be over..... this thread is more than a thread for most of us.

I don't know why first store I called earlier was full of crap, all I know is that I won't be going there in the morning.

Rejoice, you beautiful people. Tomorrow, we have our precious. I about squealed when i read it via twitter.

Funny thing, i called my local store after to check if they would have it. They said NONE have received it yet but confirmed what i had read. Called back 5 minutes later, this rep said they had nothing official yet. I laughed at her and informed her that vzw had gone official. I got a "IF its official..." i cut her off and said i'll be there at 9a to get my phone.

THE DAY IS UPON US! Im not gonna be able to sleep :(
 
That. Is. Hilarious.

Just called to make an appointment for 10am tomorrow (store opens at 10) because I have be to work at 1030. Not that I have to be the first in line, I just work all day and cannot get in over the weekend, and I'd rather not be late to work. The nice gal on the other end responded (seemingly to me and to someone 'off camera') with "Is... uh... that... uh... actually official???" Back to me directly: "I know it was set for the 9th then was...uh... pushed back suddenly... so..."

To which I quip'd, "Well, I'm staring at the official VZW twitter account right now... So would you set my appointment with David at 10am please."

To me, that is just too fitting an end to this whole ordeal.
