I haven't seen what HTCPedia's source is. Are they directly affiliated with HTC? I haven't seen any other site post this info up...
 
ok, so its clear that the 2150 battery isnt coming out soon

i cant wait 2 months using my existing 1300 battery. so im forced to buy the 1750 in the meantime. are there any deals currently for getting it the cheapest? I refuse to pay $50 for a battery that basically will sell for $5 on ebay in less than a year.
 
the INC already has a 1250 or 1300 maH battery, what's the point of a 1500mAh? Was the 1500mAh made for the INC? I see it's red so maybe it is, but that seems like too little of an increase for it to be worth while to produce. Also, if they were gonna come out with a 1500 why not just make the OEM 1500? thoughts?

was it hard to put on?
did you take the back off the phone to do it, or did you leave it on the phone?
did you wet the vinyl, or put it on dry?

well that sucks.

that said, i installed Advanced Task Killer yesterday and i'm at around 12 hours minimum. this includes at least one hour of talk time, three hours of internet (i'm gonna go blind!), and an hour of listening to music. i'm hoping this trend continues.
 
- easy.. took less than 10 minutes
- took the back off the phone
- wet

The carbon look vinyl is not from them though. I had some 3M DI-NOC laying around that I used and custom cut by hand with a razor blade. I used the GRFXP sticker as a template to cut it.
 
i ordered red vinyl and silver carbon fiber combo,,its been 6 days and still no show.
how long did it take for yours to come?
 
I'm @ ~18 hrs now with, medium/heavy usage. I have Wifi on, live wallpaper, stream music for an hour or so, some phone calls, browsing, gchat, SMS, FB'ing, check stocks, update my apps. I noticed my battery actually lasts longer with Wifi than without. I have all my things enabled like "Enable always on" and updating for FB with min interval in the background. Auto-brightness is disabled and set ~50%.

All on standard battery, not bad if you ask me. In the beginning it was worse.
 
I don't know how you guys are getting 12+ hrs. I probably get 5-6 hours on a full charge. I don't know if its because I'm constantly on the internet or what. Wifi, Bluetooth, and gps is always off.

Maybe turn Settings->Networks->Mobile Network Settings->Always on->off

And the person who posted that they already had then sitting in a warehouse is part of the flock ;);)

Update- Enough with the civility- those people were full of sh**, since they HAVE NOT BUILT THEM YET to show in inventory channels.

Has anyone conclusively discovered what this option does or doesn't do?

I live in the NJ/NY area, so roaming shouldn't be an issue, what potential negative effect would turning this off have? I am barely able to get 6-8 hours with moderate usage.
 
I easily get 14-16 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY! I can get up to 18 hours out of a single charge if used lightly...

You guys are doing something really really really wrong cuz I have crappy reception in my area and even I get great battery life!
 
Battery use is too subjective to come to any conclusion, but the posts are funny to read :)

Fact is, the device has a freakin' small 1300mah battery and has to run a lot of stuff. Do not use it and get GREAT battery life ;)
