Yeah, after I read a couple articles about how the 3rd party batteries actually spec out compared to their advertised capacity, I'm getting the 2150mAh from VZW. Plus I can just have them tack it on to my next bill.

So my order has also changed to the ' processed . you should recieve in 2-3 days' but I havent recieved any kind of shipping email with a tracking number.. how about anyone else?? I'm siked its changed on the website though!!

Just do as the vast majority of us do... go with the flow.
Or keep complaining

How close to that is yours?

I don't think anyone has gotten an email yet. If they had I'm sure they would have posted it.

Once the order is processed (it has been verified and put through their system), you probably won't get an email with an actual tracking number until it's sitting in a shipping box in their outbound loading center waiting to be picked up by FedEx.
Then, it's only a matter of a day or two until you have it in your hands...
k, couple questions.
1) anyone got the red/black gradient case yet? If so, how much bigger does it make the phone and how does it look in person.
2) anyone have any ideas how much bigger the VZW 2100 battery is going to make the phone? maybe how much more life we might expect out of the phone?
PS. i'm order # 519989*** and still awaiting approval, but looks like im getting close and i was midday on the 19th

@ms.chevystang - i'm assuming we'll get tracking #s on Monday when FedEx picks up the shipments (if they ship out on Monday).
@tinomen - I was just letting people know about it as there are already several people in there talking and trying to "decipher" the pattern to orders being processed.
Trust me, I spent a good while posting my obssessive "why has my status not changed" in this thread.

The back cover for VZW's extended battery is supposed to look and feel much like the one that comes with the phone.
I've held off ordering any covers or other accessories, save for the leather pouch, until I see how much thicker the phone will be with the larger battery.
I'm thinking though, that the ext. battery offers a bit more than 1.5 times the capacity of the stock battery, so I figure that most likely it's not going to be more than 1.5 times thicker than the stock one is, anyway.

NOT TRUE... if you read back 10 or 20 pages... people got their phones where the orders said processed.... that VZW Manager doesnt know whats goin on.

Well, she obviously doesn't have a clue.
If you ordered online you probably need to talk to someone else. I believe there's a separate department for Internet Orders.

I doubt you'll get it Monday since they most likely won't ship it out today....
