Yeah, I figured two emails and a phone call was enough, and I let it go as well, but I did want to give them at least a little grief about it. I'm sure plenty of others did as well.
 
I don't get why people are complaining that others got the phone already. You signed up to get the phone on the 29th. Anything before that is a bonus. If others happened to get it early, good for them. I could understand a little complaining if it was the 30th and you hadn't received your phone.

Why not? Any such policy should be universal, if it isn't, it isn't fair and is bound to create a backlash. Personally, I was happy for those that got lucky and got it early, but that didn't stop me from giving Verizon a hard time about it. What could it hurt? It's not like they were going to go knocking on doors demanding the phones that shipped be given back. Maybe all the feedback is the reason the orders are processing before the 28th.

For everyone receiving order updates, keep in mind that your order being processed means exactly that..it has been processed, not shipped. When it ships, you will receive your tracking number, and not before then. My order updated today as well, but I am not expecting it until Thrusday.
 
Please move on to the next page until this moron deletes the picture of his order page that he thought anyone gave a shit to see and that it would serve any purpose to anyone on this forum

I have seen this problem complained about a lot in these forums. I'm just curious why the admins don't just modify it so that the images can only fit inside the post box and if need be, have scrollbars right there for each image? This way it doesn't break the layout of the site if someone does that by accident. I have seen that setup on other vBulletin installations.
