LOL!! You need to add that to this thread I created: http://androidforums.com/htc-incredible/59589-funny-incredible-pictures.html :)

And they asked Sony Ericcson to do the first...could you imagine that??

I really think it was Google's try to get all the major Android manufacturers on board and not try to alienate anyone of them. I think it's good that Google willing to take a sample from each one to not show favortism.

It pains me that we are back to having theories that the Incredible is the CDMA Nexus One. :|

No, we have not seen one, but we didn't see the Google Nexus One until it was handed out to employees to leak to the media. Google keeps a tight ship.

Could be possible still..........just the idea of releasing two high end phones of almost the same spec comes back to me and just doesn't fit

I don't think there's anyway that they are the same phone. There's too many conflicts. Google wants a stock Android OS. Google doesn't want it sold in stores. It'd be confusing to customer's if the N1 was renamed/rebranded to something else or took on a totally different look. I just don't see it happening at all.

I know..........im just saying there's a slight possibility. We gotta think outside the box right now and of all possible things.

Don't list to this fool, guinness is great.

Any brewery that stoops so low as to use rice and corn as filler in their beers will never, ever gain any respect from the brewing industry.

Guinness is basically a "lite" beer...it has hardly any alcohol, few calories and a severe lack of true stout ingredients which are usually utilized in the brewing process.

Call me snob, a pompous ass, whatever you want...but when it comes to beer and brewing it, a fool is the last thing I can be considered.

Can't wait for the Incredible! :D

Well the boyfriend and I didn't really get much of a choice in where we live, we got the short end of the stick with college housing but also he was forced to switch since he's on his dad's plan and sprint was much cheaper.

It seems odd that the Incredible would be the Nexus One because then the leaked photos would all be fake. :/

Wow holy crap.........this is all so confusing now. Is the Incredible becoming the Desire or something?? Nexus One is the Incredible??? They're all releasing the end of April??? zzzzzzzzzzzzz VZW why do you torment us?!?!?!

Dammit... I was so looking forward to be able to having my phone actually called Incredible. I was sure that since it was already in the system as the Incredible, there was no way they'd change the name.. Now I'm not so sure...

:(

That's the Desire though (ADR6200) - definitely not an Incredible (ADR6300)

I'm trying to think back to the release of the Moto Droid, but I can't remember exactly. Didn't VZW start advertising (on TV) about a month before the actual release? Can anyone comment on this? I have seen all of the rumors about the Incredible release, but I just cannot believe VZW would not advertise the same way they did for the Droid if the Incredible is indeed going to be a game changer. Someone please help me out here.

They started the vague Droid Does commecials early, but the actual moto Droid was not announced until about a week before release.

Guys, the Eris was codenamed the Desire (AD6200). That is what it was called and is still called (I think) in VZW's systems.

The Incredible is not the Desire. The Nexus One is still the Nexus One.

Android Central did an article about how long the droid 2.1 would take, about 20 days

"If they've sold even only 2 million Droids to Verizon in the last five months. Do the math. 2 million divided by 200,000/day = 10 days, 4 million = 20 days"

maybe verizon is waiting for 2.1 to be on most (if not all) of the droids before the incredible launch?

maybe someone has already pointed this out..

I did, about 30 pages back, and then again about 5 pages back. No one wants to listen because it means delay for the Incredible.
