This option is a no-go because I keep my Juke and Eris close throughout the work day and leave the USB modem connected for 12 hours as my primary internet connection at work. Thank you for the suggestion, though, I do appreciate it.

No. The phone will not ship with hardware for an implementation of a brand new standard that hasn't been fully settled yet. It doesn't make sense on so many levels - that rep is full of crap.

This phone won't get LTE. That being said, I believe the current understanding is the CDMA bands will continue to be used for voice calls and 3G data while the LTE will be data only. It was only a few months ago that there was an agreed-upon protocol for passing voice data over LTE, so I don't know when that would be supported by Verizon.

For the next few years, at least, all VZW LTE-capable phones will be dual function (like the EVO but without WiMax).

So when I compare the testman to the actual VZW site, on the testman, the Storm is the last phone listed and is 'Out of stock.' Seeing that it isn't even listed on the actual VZW site, we can assume this is a placeholder for the Incredible, right?

She only would have to pay $99.99 for this phone.

If Incredible is $199.99 with 2year contract (which I doubt that this phone will be less than Droid Motorola), then she won't have to pay anything for the phone, if above info is the same for Incredible.

The $199 price was post online discount (or Mail-in rebate if bought in store), so with the NE2, it would be $99. But I wish it was the other way. :D

I'm kinda mad this has to be my first post, but I didnt realize my accoutn was active due to e-mail problems.

Anyway,

Next time you want to fly, don't thats an American invention and it was due to our "greed" of wanting to have limitless freedom in the air, two: if you ever want to drive a mass produced affordable car, don't that would be our doing too, three: stop using a computer, electricity was perfected in America and it would just be greedy of you to want to do any of those things.

I guess our "greed" is what makes us achieve so much while other countries sit and rot.

Please do no come to an american forum, and say things like this, its rude and ignorant.
