Looks like legit emails about an upcoming soak test have gone out. Now is the time to start getting cautiously optimistic about ICS. :)
 
Survey has been sent to MFN members to participate in testing a new software release. That means the soak test will begin VERY shortly. We should have official ICS release next week.

I remember the last soak test for the RAZR...it lasted all of a week. Its coming soon. Hopefully there will be no delays like with the last soak test.

And I assume this is ICS...and not more bug fixes...lol.

This is almost certainly tied to the 3g 4g switching issue. I have found that when I'm in a strong 4g area I have no issues. Otherwise, I keep my phone limited to 3g (CDMA) and never have any data/connectivity issues.

I have no problems, unless I am in a bad network area. Not a phone issue.

And two seconds after posting I found a ton of info from Motorola. Guess I don't need the link after all.
 
So now the $10,000 question, only answerable by a soak tester:

Will OTA root keeper work when going from.181 to .211?

Man, I need this. Swype is TERRIBLE on .79!!
