There is no special SIM card but there is a new feature code for HSPA+ that does need to be enabled. If this wasn't during the review, that would explain a lot. Guess we just have to be patient and hope for the best.
Edit: Actually I apologize for the misinformation. My brother just called me and said they received their new 4g SIM cards and was told to hand them out for customers purchasing the Inspire or the Atrix. He says there is no indication that it is a 4g card, but it is a different color than the other SIM cards. It is also a normal sized card, not the microSIMs that are in the iPhone 4s. Finally he said an interesting thing is the 4g phones will work on 3g cards, you just may not get the faster HSPA+ speeds.
