Just got mine. Moved up from a Nexus 5. Size is taking a little to get used to but the screen just pops out at you compared to the Nexus 5. Got mine during the Dads n Grads through Google for $150 off, snagged the 64GB version. Couldn't be happier. Only letdown is the power control widget thing is gone on the Nexus 6, I guess the menu is really easy to get to now so it wasn't really an issue. Darth Vader approved.

A two-fingered swipe down brings up pretty much what used to be on the power widget.

Seems we might possibly be seeing some new nexus 6 owners, one of the deals for Amazon prime day was a 32 GB Nexus 6 (blue edition) going for $399.00 seems Amazon open it to the public for purchase and it was sold out in seconds. Not sure how many where available I would say Less then 200

I just stopped in my local VZW corporate store and checked out a Nex 6. It's absolutely beautiful. I was going to buy it but my upgrade date isn't until 8/20. He sent me to a mall kiosk and they wouldn't do it either. Ugh. So unless something radically changes between now and then, I anticipate picking one of these up.

It's worth the wait, you got a month mine was order in November 2014 I got towards the end of January

Is it too late for me to post in this thread? I already gushed once about it! Not a lot of traffic so I guess I'm not harming an ongoing discussion :)

I am blown away by this device. My Droid Maxx was an awesome phone. This is spectacular. I can't believe how fast it is. Beautiful screen. Great camera. How is this an 8 month old device?

I've had it since launch. I still haven's seen its match. :D

8 months is not really old when you consider its a Nexus, the Nexus 4 is what going on three years old and got lollipop, I personally see this device getting updates for at least two more years if not longer, the nexus 6 is incredible

So my wife came home today and told me her LG tablet now runs lollipop, she snicker laughed and ask what I thought about that??
I laughed and said lollipop is old news had it since I got the Nexus 6, most of us are preparing for android M, I snicker and laugh
She snicker and laughed and ask how I would like to go from a Nexus device to a BlackBerry??
I congratulated her on finally getting lollipop and made a quick retreat

I just got mine, I know they've been out for awhile, but it's still new to me! I love this phone, came from a G3, before that an HTC M8, and this thing just blows them away. Still learning all the ins and outs of it, and love using it!

I think the Nexus 6 took the nexus line to whole new level, we are what three months or so from the one year anniversary of the nexus 6 ? We started with lollipop by the end of the year we should be on Android M. I personally won't be surprised if by time the Nexus officially stops sending updates to the Nexus 6 it's not running Android O or P .

While I am a huge fan of the Nexus brand and never been disappointed with any of them (Because I skipped the Verizon debacle ;) ) I am a little peeved with Google not including the Nexus 4 in the M preview. I do realize that that is going on a 3-year old phone and that they have supported it through today, but they have stated that 2-years is going to be pretty much it for device updates.

Granted that's longer than most ... but I always felt that the idea behind the Nexus brand was to update it as long as the hardware supported it, not by choosing an arbitrary cut-off point. If Google keeps to this cycle, then the N6 probably won't get much past "N".

All updates end eventually. Nexus and other companies don't stay in business by updating older phones. We all know that soon or later the updates do end. I am impressed that Nexus 4 has made it lollipop from what Ice Cream sandwich? I won't be surprised if the Nexus 4 ends it update life with Android M before Nexus officially ends the updates. For the six I still it will get Android O or P, most likely O, P is a long shot

Hey folks, just ordered one of these from Amazon! Getting itchy to play with it; albeit I'm a little late to the party. How has everyone liked theirs so far? Still liking it? Upgrading or keeping it for another year?
