Root On the JB update keep losing CWM?

On the JB update keep losing CWM? Is it just me? ok say when I do a backup in CWM When I go to reboot phone it says disable CWM and it does. So I have to reinstall it every time I want to boot into CWM.

it doesnt say disable cwm, it says disable recovery flashing, both b09 and b11 have a feature that puts stock recovery back when it boots, you have to hit yes or you WILL lose cwm

there is prolly a file in etc that needs to be removed.

thanks Junkie I did that and then it said fix system root I hit yes to that too and all is well now.
