Can someone confirm the brightness of the back light on the hard keys in low light. This is my only gripe as I use the phone a lot in low light.

I got the ota.. I have stock froyo rooted and i used z4root to unroot. Keeps saying software update failed after it reboots.. I tried while rooted and also unrooted. Help?

I agree I was using my Multimedia dock at night for the clock but those buttons are too bright for that

Did you remove or freeze any bloat? If so, that will cause an update failure. You'll need to replace the apk files that you removed or unfreeze them.

Crap! I have to SBF back to 2.2 because i have the 4.5.588 version... and the OTA is .596. Hopefully doing that will fix my corporate sync problems.

I think the update has bricked my phone!!!
It will load up normally and then after about 1 minute, my whole screen goes black..except for the new blue header bar (where battery / 3G etc., show)...
I turn off / on my screen but to no avail. The screen stays on and will not shut off!!

Suggestions?!! ahhh!!

Also, I'm stock and never been rooted or anything!
Physicals buttons dont work either!

I got it to work, turn on airplane mode turn on wifi, system update, that is strange
